He has 14 years Executive Search and Recruitment Experience. Headed the Executive Search division of Kelly Group (Renwick Talent) for 5 years. Has been involved in the appointment of top executives in SA and abroad over the past 10 years; Extensive research background. He has managed blue chip clients and has extensive know how in recruitment especially in Executive Search. MSc: Strategic Planning; and B Com Honours: Business Management.
He has more than 10 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment Business Management.
Operations Director and Shareholder
She is a Director of Warrior Talent. Lumka holds a Teachers Certiﬁcate, BA (University of Lesotho),B Soc. Sci. Honours (UCT) and Executive Development Post Graduate Diploma (City University of New York). She possesses more than 25 (twenty ﬁve) years’ experience in Business Management, HR Management, and Project Management. She has worked extensively in both private and public sector companies in South Africa and in the United States specialising in HR management in unionised environments. Lumka has, in the last 15 years been specialising in Executive Search and Recruitment. She is au fait with SA labour legislation as well as Competency based Recruitment and Selection Methodologies.
Research Director and Shareholder
Nosipho is a Director of Warrior Talent. She is responsible for research. Her highest qualification is a National Diploma Marketing (Export and Import Management). Currently busy with B Comm HR degree. She possesses 7 year’s experience in the Recruitment and Executive Search industry. Her role in the company is to lead our team of researchers who specialise in researching of candidates and organisations, intelligence gathering, knowledge mining, internet and database researches and project management.
He holds the following qualiﬁcations: CA (SA); Bachelor of Accounting Science – Honours (UNISA); Bachelor of Economics – Honours (UZ); Advanced Diploma – Banking (RAU); and Executive Leadership Program (Gibbs). He has close to 20 years business experience in the private sector and has during the last 10 years focused on ﬁnancial services, banking and insurance. He has 8 years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment. Previously, he was Audit Partner for 5 years in the Deloitte and Touché Financial Services division in Johannesburg. With a combination of his ﬁnancial management skills and Recruitment and Executive search skills, Courtney is an asset to Warrior Talent.
Business Development Director
Brighton is a seasoned HR Professional and entrepreneur with over 19 years business experience, of which the past 14 years has been as a specialist within the Executive Search/Headhunting and Recruitment Services Industry with a dual focus on both the private and public sectors. Brighton is a South African Citizen and is a Senior Partner at Warrior Talent. He has held various Executive roles including Non-Executive Director and Advisor at SA Startup Academy 2013 – 2014 and Executive Director at BandM Projects 2010 - 2016. Having spent over seven years with former Kelly Group (now Adcorp Group) as a Senior Business Development Manager and over two years with EOH Impact HR as Team Leader Business Development.
He brings a wealth of Business Development and Sales knowledge and experience to the table. He is very well versed in Executive Search/Headhunting and Professional Recruitment Services, namely; Temporary, Contract and Permanent Recruitment Services. Brighton holds a SAQA accredited qualification and certificate in Labour Recruitment Services (2008) and a Leadership and Financial Legislation Certificate (2010) respectively. He is currently studying a Management Development Programme (MDP NQF 7)) through WITS University.
WARRIOR TALENT - Principle Partner
Warrior IT is a subsidiary of Warrior Talent Holdings. Priscilla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Business Studies as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
She is certified in ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2 frameworks and methodologies. She has over 20 years of corporate business experience, mainly in Project/Program management and IT Service Delivery in the Financial Services Sector and ICT industry, having worked for Standard Bank (Africa), Absa and BCX. Priscilla has immense experience working in South Africa as well as other African countries such as Nigeria, Uganda, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi having been involved in implementing projects for the Banks’ African footprint.
Priscilla’s combined attributes of strategic business understanding, leadership and the technical IT skills place her in a suitable position to lead the IT resourcing team.
