Warrior IT (WIT) is a division of Warrior Talent Holdings that focuses on IT contracting for the “most sought-after” IT skills. IT skills are a scare resource and companies are scrambling to fill IT resource gaps in some instances waiting as long as 6 months before they secure the right resources. Skilled resources are also secured at premium rates due to the shortages and as such high turnover is also common. These challenges pose headaches for most IT executives and Warrior IT (WIT) is stepping in to close this gap.
WIT has and will continue to actively search and maintain a database of qualified, skilled resources in the different categories and ensure that they can meet customer IT skills requirements by applying a seam- less, simple process, matching requirements to skills. We will also allocate a relationship manager who will continuously ensure that the client is receiving value for money during and after the contracting process.
